Frequently Asked Questions

We take safety very seriously and have several measures in place, including teachers who are cpr trained and lifeguard certified on staff, regular pool maintenance and cleaning, and decades of experience teaching swim lessons.

Beginner swim lessons $215 per student per week. 

Recommended for children with no experience. The focus will be on water safety and water survival skills. Students are accepted at fifteen months of age and up to twelve years.

Beginner strokes lessons $200 per student per week.

Recommended for children who have completed the beginner level. This course teaches beginning freestyle and backstroke techniques.

Advanced strokes lessons $200 per student per week.

Recommended for children who have already completed the beginner and beginner strokes levels.  This course teaches all four swim strokes and is recommended for children who love the sport of swimming and may have an interest in competing for a swim team. 

Yes, we offer swim team programs for children. Please visit www.stacswimming.com if you are interested in joining the team.  Our swim team participants have the opportunity to compete in local and regional swim meets.
